García Pimienta spoke to UD Radio after the match at Ciudad de Tudela, where UD Las Palmas secured their passage to the next round of the Copa del Rey, defeating CD Tudelano (1-2). The yellow team's coach remarked on the victory, saying, "Yes, qualifying was tough, as expected. When you play a cup match against a lower league opponent with a full stadium cheering intensely, the ambition of the lower-ranked team equals that of the Primera División team."
