Francisco Javier García Pimienta will continue to lead UD Las Palmas from the dugout until 2025, following the extension of his contract, an agreement that has been reached today in conjunction with the club.
In pursuit of continuing the sporting project outlined by UD Las Palmas upon their return to La Liga, the sporting management has chosen to extend the contract that binds the Catalan coach to the club until June 30, 2025.
Since his arrival in January 2022, where he first led the team against Real Sociedad "B," García Pimienta has guided UD Las Palmas to the Play-Offs for Promotion, an objective achieved last season by securing direct promotion.
In the 73 matches he has overseen to date, Pimienta has secured 32 wins, 26 draws, and 15 losses at the helm of UD Las Palmas.
