"We're coming back with you" is the chosen slogan for the season ticket campaign that UD Las Palmas will face upon their return to the First Division. It was presented this morning by Miguel Ángel Ramírez, club president, and Patricio Viñayo, general manager. Reinaldo López González and Alan Luján Díaz, the oldest and youngest season ticket holders respectively, who attended all the matches in the previous season at the Gran Canaria Stadium, were also present at the presentation. UD Las Palmas wanted to acknowledge their loyalty and consistency in the stands.
The campaign starts on Monday.
The season ticket campaign will begin its online activity next Monday, June 12th, at 10 am, with the renewal period. There will also be an opening of a waiting list for pre-registration for new sign-ups, with the maximum quota of 22,000 season ticket holders established by the club. People who wish to be part of this list can register online with a reservation deposit of €50, which will be deducted from the final ticket price and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Campaign deadlines:
RENEWALS AND OPENING OF WAITING LIST FOR PRE-REGISTRATION: From June 12th to July 9th
PERIOD FOR SEAT CHANGES: July 11th and 12th at the season ticket office (Gran Canaria Stadium)
PROCESSING OF NEW SIGN-UPS ON THE WAITING LIST: July 13th to July 20th
OPENING PERIOD FOR NEW SIGN-UPS, IF AVAILABLE AFTER THE WAITING LIST IS CLOSED: July 21st to August 30th
CAMPAIGN END: August 30th
UD Las Palmas will provide a special telephone helpline through 928 241 342 to resolve any issues that may arise during the renewal process. This helpline will be operational from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Fans can also contact the email address documentacion.abonados@udlaspalmas.es to submit the necessary documentation for issuing the season ticket.
Additionally, the option of financing the season ticket with COFIDIS will be available during the purchase process. The club continues to promote environmentally sustainable practices and reminds its season ticket holders of the possibility to request a digital ticket during the purchase process to reduce the use of plastic.
