The information retrieved from the island club's fundraising auction for the fight against breast cancer, in which they auctioned off the jerseys of the players called up for the match against FC Cartagena as well as Jonathan Viera's captain's armband, demonstrates the interest the entity has sparked outside of the country.

Auctions for the yellow set's clothing crossed borders and came from four continents, including Japan, Cyprus, Belgium, Canada, China, Poland, the United States, South Korea, the Republic Democratic Republic of the Congo, France, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Denmark, and Spain.

The supporters' solidarity and the interest produced throughout the auction resulted in the furthest offer being made at 10,642 kilometers from Gran Canaria, Japan.

The most valuable shirts were purchased in China (Jonathan Viera) and Poland (Alberto Moleiro), while the armband was purchased in Spain.

The entity's auction not only provided a grain of sand to the philanthropic purpose being pursued, but it is also a significant milestone in the globalization effort conducted by UD Las Palmas, bringing the color yellow to any corner.
