The World Travel Market in London has become an essential venue for UD Las Palmas, who did not want to lose out on this opportunity to continue their internationalization campaign.

The club, which is present at the Gran Canaria Tourism booth, started its work today with the intention of luring travelers to book visits to the island by way of unique and unforgettable vacations. The General Manager, Patricio Viñayo, Noelia Pérez, the Marketing Manager, Lucas Bravo de Laguna, the Sales Manager, and Daniel Rendón from the International Marketing department have traveled to London to work on future partnerships with other teams in the United Kingdom who can consider the Sports City of Barranco Seco (with its upcoming accommodation offer) as a more than attractive facility for pre-seasons, grassroots football experiences, and so on.

Likewise, the Sports City aspires to be a destination for high-level professional teams from different locations.

On this first day, the Canary Islands Pavilion was officially opened, with the presence of the President of the Government of the Canary Islands, Ángel Víctor Torres, the President of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, Antonio Morales, and the Minister of Tourism, Carlos Álamo, among other personalities and representatives of the yellow entity.

The United Kingdom is one of LaLiga's most significant strategic markets, and representatives from its London office, Keegan Pierce and Javier de Río, have joined the yellow representatives on its first day.

UD Las Palmas will also hold various meetings throughout this edition to continue researching and networking in the development of tourist packages to offer tour operators and agencies focused on experiences that include transportation to the stadium, tickets to the match, official clothing, guided tours, VIP experiences in restricted spots, etc.
